Contests highlight first-ever Sci-Mathics Week

The college and senior high school units held their Sci-Mathics culminating activity at Bulwagang Genoveva Deles- Jaranilla on September 22, 2017. The Science Blithe and Math Zero Phobia Clubs collaborated for the event. The celebration featured activities aimed at substantiating the theme: “EarthBeat: Excavating the Abyss, Pulsing the Current, Steering the Youth as Stewards of Development.”

The week-long celebration featured competitions in 3D Collage Making, Poster and Slogan Making, Sci-Photography, Eco-sculpture, Dish Gardening, Trash-to-Cash Competition, Science Investigatory Project Presentation, Hands-on Competition, Integer Damath, Electro Sci-Dama, Rubik’s Cube Competition, Math Exhibit, Quiz Bowl, Sci-Math News Casting and Sci-Math Extemporaneous Speaking.
