The physical being is as important as the inner being. Thus, taking care of ourselves and learning about the natural changes occurring in our bodies is paramount. The Guidance Office of NDMC held an in-person conference on personality development at Bulwagang Genoveva Deles Jaranilla.

The discussion is intended for the graduating students to prepare them for job hunting and their real-world journey. The program was presided over by Ms. May Ann A. Orantes, the NDMC Admission Officer. Additionally, Fr. Jonathan R. Domingo, OMI, delivered an encouraging and motivating message for the students as they embark on a new journey.

The first guest speaker of the program, Edwin P. Rodrigo, Jr., astounded the audience as he shared his valuable experiences and discussed the importance of personality development. He quoted: "To fail is normal, but what is not normal is if you cannot cope with your problems in life." He highlighted the essence of developing skills and finding the right circle.

The second speaker, Zangie Lou David-Calunag, CPA, MBA, MPA, discussed the dos and don'ts of applying for the job. She also emphasized how to dress properly on various occasions and how to observe proper etiquette. She left valuable insights for the students. Lastly, Sajed M. Mamalampay, a BSED-English 4 student, gave his insights on the topics discussed. The program concluded with a walk of confidence as the graduating students showcased their modeling skills as they ramped in pairs while radiating the lessons they learned from the event by boosting their own confidence.
