- They are warned by the Department head of 25% to 40% of their total academic units earned have grades below 80%.
- They are advised to take another course if they failed in 75% of the total academic unit earned.
- Third and Fourth Year Students
- Students may be allowed to continue their major/minor fields on the following conditions:
- Repeat the subject where they got a grade below 83%.
- Add electives in the discipline they desire to specialize in.

- Obtain a final grade of at least 80% in the following subjects of the Major field.
- BusnFin 1 for Business Administration, Banking and Finance and Agribusiness Management.
- Basic Accounting (Acctg. 111, 112,113,114) and Management 101 for Management Accounting.
- Warning for a student who fails in 25% of the total academic load.
- Reduce the subject load by 20% for a student who fails in 50% of the total academic load.
- Drop the student from the course when he fails in 75% of the total academic load.
- ACCOUNTANCY
- First and Second year Students
- Obtain a grade of at least 83% in Basic Accounting (Acctg. 101, 102) Math 1, Management 101, English 1 and English 2.
- Obtain a grade of at least 80% in Financial Accounting (Acctg. 201,202) and Business Math 2.
- Obtain a general average of at least 83%.
- Third year Students
- Obtain a final grade of at least 78% in all board exam subjects (Accounting, Law and Taxation).
- Obtain a general average of at least 83% per semester.
- Fourth Year Students
- Pass all subjects.

- Have a final grade of at least 83% in all Basic Computer subjects English, and Mathematics.
- Pass the computer qualifying examination administered by the department if he fails to comply with ILA.1.
- Warning by the Department Head for those who obtain failing grades in 25% of the total academic units in the preceding;
- Subject load is reduced by 25% of the academic load for the next semester.
- Dropped from the course for obtaining a failing final grade in at least 50% of the total academic units of the semester.
- Third and Fourth Year Students
- Have a general average of at least 83% with no grade below 80% in computer, English and Mathematics.

- Obtain at least a passing final grade in all tool subjects: English, Mathematics, P.E., NSTP and RS.
