TEACHER'S COLLEGE
  1. First and Second Year Students
    1. They are deloaded if they have grades below 83% for a particular Semester.
    2. They are warned by the Department head of 25% to 40% of their total academic units earned have grades below 80%.
    3. They are advised to take another course if they failed in 75% of the total academic unit earned.
  2. Third and Fourth Year Students
    1. Students may be allowed to continue their major/minor fields on the following conditions:
      1. Repeat the subject where they got a grade below 83%.
      2. Add electives in the discipline they desire to specialize in.

COMMERCE AND ACCOUNTANCY DEPARTMENT
  1. COMMERCE
    1. Obtain a final grade of at least 80% in the following subjects of the Major field.
      1. BusnFin 1 for Business Administration, Banking and Finance and Agribusiness Management.
      2. Basic Accounting (Acctg. 111, 112,113,114) and Management 101 for Management Accounting.
    2. Warning for a student who fails in 25% of the total academic load.
    3. Reduce the subject load by 20% for a student who fails in 50% of the total academic load.
    4. Drop the student from the course when he fails in 75% of the total academic load.
  2. ACCOUNTANCY
    1. First and Second year Students
      1. Obtain a grade of at least 83% in Basic Accounting (Acctg. 101, 102) Math 1, Management 101, English 1 and English 2.
      2. Obtain a grade of at least 80% in Financial Accounting (Acctg. 201,202) and Business Math 2.
      3. Obtain a general average of at least 83%.
    2. Third year Students
      1. Obtain a final grade of at least 78% in all board exam subjects (Accounting, Law and Taxation).
      2. Obtain a general average of at least 83% per semester.
    3. Fourth Year Students
      1. Pass all subjects.

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT
  1. Incoming Second Year Students
    1. Have a final grade of at least 83% in all Basic Computer subjects English, and Mathematics.
    2. Pass the computer qualifying examination administered by the department if he fails to comply with ILA.1.
    3. Warning by the Department Head for those who obtain failing grades in 25% of the total academic units in the preceding;
      1. Subject load is reduced by 25% of the academic load for the next semester.
    4. Dropped from the course for obtaining a failing final grade in at least 50% of the total academic units of the semester.
  2. Third and Fourth Year Students
    1. Have a general average of at least 83% with no grade below 80% in computer, English and Mathematics.

COMMUNITY COLLEGE DEPARTMENT
  1. For PESFA, TESDA scholars, must have a final grade of not less than 80% in all subjects.
  2. Obtain at least a passing final grade in all tool subjects: English, Mathematics, P.E., NSTP and RS.
  3. Obtain a final grade of at least 80% in all major VOCTECH subjects.
  4. Warning by the Department Head for those who obtain failing grades in 25% of the total academic units.
