With the mentioned merits of Prof. Molano, he is really a model and a motivator to the administrators and teachers of NDMC.  He emphasized that he is not really intelligent but he gained his awards because of his family’s motivation.
The seminar’s theme is “Quality Transformative Education: Teaching Minds, Touching Hearts, Transforming Lives.” Hence, it was done to instill among the participants the importance of their total formation and development as educated leaders of a higher education.
“It is believed that education is not only about academic excellence. Administrators and teachers have to develop other aspects such as social skills, spiritual nourishment and leadership abilities. The most important resources of an institution are its administrators and the teachers,” - VPAA Westre P. Santos.
