NDMC Graduate School Holds Orientation for New and Returning Students
The Graduate School of Notre Dame of Midsayap College formally opened Academic Year 2025–2026 with an orientation program for new and returning students held at the Plaza Madonna Room 110 on July 19, 2025. The event aimed to update graduate students on the latest academic policies, institutional guidelines, and support services designed to enhance their learning journey.
The program began with the invocation, national and institutional hymns, followed by welcome remarks from Dr. Michelle T. Viña, Program Head of MAED. The Graduate School Dean introduced NDMC administrators and faculty members, emphasizing community and collaboration within the academic environment. Key segments included the presentation of revised Graduate School policies and an overview of library and student support services.
An open forum encouraged active participation as students raised questions and shared insights about their academic responsibilities. The program concluded with a message of gratitude from the Dean, who urged everyone to uphold NDMC’s core values of excellence, collaboration, and integrity throughout the academic year.
Aligned with Sustainable Development Goal 4 (Quality Education) and SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals), the orientation underscored NDMC’s commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive graduate learning community.
