NDMC Hosts Division Training for Private School Teachers on the Revised K to 12 Curriculum
Notre Dame of Midsayap College (NDMC), in partnership with the Schools Division Office of Cotabato, successfully hosted the Division Training of Private School Teachers in Congressional District 1 on the Revised K to 12 Curriculum (Grades 2, 3, 5, and 8) on July 4–6, 2025, at the Primera Function Hall, NDMC.
The three-day training gathered private school teachers from the municipalities of Pikit, Pigcawayan, Alamada, Libungan, Midsayap, and Aleosan. It aimed to prepare educators for the curriculum updates through inputs on pedagogical shifts, content standards, and classroom assessment strategies.
The program featured plenary sessions, breakout workshops, collaborative lesson planning, and demonstration teaching, where teachers applied their learning in actual classroom settings. Reflection and feedback sessions further enriched the participants’ professional growth.
Certificates of participation and appreciation were awarded to speakers, facilitators, and teacher-participants. Testimonials from participants highlighted their renewed commitment to embrace curriculum innovations and strengthen their teaching practices.
