Notre Dame of Midsayap College–Integrated Basic Education (NDMC-IBEd) opened Academic Year 2025–2026 with its annual Holy Spirit Mass on July 18, 2025, at the Bulwagang Genoveva Deles Jaranilla.

Fr. Ramon Maria G. Bernabe, OMI, presided over the mass and encouraged students to remain faithful in times of difficulty. In his homily, he emphasized prayer, truthfulness, forgiveness, and respect as key expressions of faith.

“That’s what it means to keep the flame of faith alive,” he said. “You are the dreamers, the creators of this world. The Holy Spirit in you is not small—it’s a wildfire waiting to be stirred.”

To promote inclusivity, NDMC-IBEd also held a Da’wah session for Muslim students at the ETD Court and a fellowship for non-Catholic students at the JBB Lobby.

The celebration included the induction and oath-taking of newly elected officers from the IBEd Supreme Student Government (SSG), classroom representatives, and club leaders.

The Holy Spirit Mass marked the official start of the school year, highlighting NDMC-IBEd’s commitment to faith, leadership, and inclusivity.
