NDMC Joins the 24th Human Resource and Skills Development Conference

Representatives from Notre Dame of Midsayap College attended the 24th Human Resource and Skills Development Conference organized by the Mintvet Association at the Apo View Hotel, Davao City on September 19–20, 2026. The event gathered educators, policymakers, and industry partners to strengthen collaboration in human resource and skills development across Mindanao.

With the theme “Driving Mindanao’s RISE through Skills, Innovation, and Empowerment,” the conference featured keynote talks, panel discussions, and workshops focused on industry engagement, digital transformation, and innovative TVET practices. Participants also had the opportunity to network and build partnerships that promote employability and workforce readiness.

Aligned with Sustainable Development Goal 4 (Quality Education) and SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), the event emphasized the importance of relevant training, innovation, and empowerment in shaping a future-ready workforce for Mindanao.
