NDMC Leaders Attend 2025 Executive Development Summit on ESG Integration
On August 23, 2025, NDMC representatives attended the Executive Development Summit at Savoy Hotel Manila, hosted by ADREM, which gathered leaders from education, business, and government sectors to advance discussions on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) policies.
Representing NDMC were Engr. Ronniel D. Labio, PCpE, DIT, Vice President for Academic Affairs, and Mrs. Leodelyn V. Delosa, MSRED, Director for External Affairs.
The summit highlighted the urgent need for organizations to embed sustainability into governance and operations, stressing that ESG initiatives must move beyond compliance to deliver measurable impact. Speakers emphasized aligning institutional missions with global reporting frameworks, establishing clear performance indicators, and strengthening collaboration across sectors.
For NDMC, the participation of its officials reinforced the institution’s commitment to championing sustainability through policy integration, capacity building, transparent reporting, and strategic partnerships. The institution aims to further embed ESG principles into its academic and operational framework, contributing to broader societal development goals.
