As part of the program, Fr. Jonathan R. Domingo, O.M.I gave his words of inspiration to the faculty and staff with the inclusion of the non-teaching personnel as we embark on the near-endemic academic year 2022-2023. At its bottom line, as NDMC navigates to welcoming its students to the institution’s way of delivering education in a VUCA world—Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, and Ambiguous. However, to combat and end up victors in this abstruse battle, we also need VUCA—Vision, Understanding, Clarity, and Agility.

The NDMC community, spearheaded by the NDMC President Fr. Jonathan R. Domingo, O.M.I and VPAA Engr. Ronniel D. Labio celebrates as five faculty researchers escalated the institution's name in international research publications. Ms. Jolai R. Bolaños, Ms. Chinitt P. Singco, Mr. Sergio D. Mahinay Jr., Mr. Romeo V. Bordios Jr, and Ms. Angel Lhi D. Alcalde received a plaque of recognition and cash reward. To boot, Ms. Alcalde brought home a new Samsung Tab unit as a reward for being the best presenter during the ICETET 2022.

The entire program will be incomplete without feast and entertainment. The new Kapamilya set the stage on fire as they showcase their taming and awe-inspiring performances. Faculties from various departments wrapped up the one-day pre-school orientation and presentation of newly-hired personnel with ear-to-ear smiles on their faces leaving the mead hall filled with nourishment and wisdom.
