With the theme: "Developing Reflective Practice: Applying Peer Facilitation Skills to Real-World Scenarios", an On-going Formation Program for 2nd Year and 3rd Year College Peer Facilitators was conducted last March 19, 2025.
The training was about effective listening in communication skills, the "silence" in conversations, the "I" statements, and how to integrate such skills in facilitating.
