NDMC Shines at Regional Schools Press Conference 2026
The Notre Dame of Midsayap College (NDMC) proudly participated in the Regional Schools Press Conference (RSPC) 2026, held in Surallah, South Cotabato from February 24–28, 2026, with the opening program conducted on February 25 in Koronadal City. The event gathered campus journalists from across the region to showcase their talents in various fields of journalism.
Representing NDMC – The Dusk were Mohammad Hazeck Mashul (Feature Writing), Laurie Mar Sande (Column Writing), and Aniesah Palma (News Writing), coached by Ms. Benncel Marie Gornez. In Photojournalism, Rain E. Liong (English) and Rhea Jayne Damasco (Filipino) were mentored by Mr. Benjie E. Ibot, while Jyanne Nina Pascal competed in Pagwawasto at Pag-uulo ng Balita under Ms. Ma. Kaye Alexis G. Oton.
Throughout the conference, participants engaged in competitions and learning sessions that strengthened their writing, critical thinking, and ethical journalism practices. The event also fostered collaboration and camaraderie among young journalists.
NDMC delegates demonstrated dedication and excellence, reflecting the institution’s commitment to developing competent, ethical, and socially responsible campus journalists.
