Identity The name NOTRE DAME was suggested by Rev. Fr. Joseph Boyd, OMI, as a tribute to Our Lady, Mother Mary, to whom the Oblate Congregation and the Philippines are dedicated. On the upper right section of the  scutcheon are THREE STARS representing the Philippines. On December 10, the Notre Dame of Midsayap College – ROTC Unit held its annual symbolic ceremony of presentation of sponsors and pinning of ranks.  The momentous day began with the entry and march of the troops. The ceremonial parade was opened officially by Dr. Evelyn P. Albrando, RCrim, the ROTC coordinator, through her aspiring message to the cadets.
