The Notre Dame of Midsayap College (NDMC) proudly participated in the Provincial Jamboree 2025 held on October 24–30, 2025, at Camp Bulatukan, Makilala, Cotabato. With 160 scouts, NDMC was recognized as the Biggest Delegation among all participating schools. Throughout the week-long activity, NDMC scouts demonstrated leadership, teamwork, discipline, and resilience through various scouting challenges, drills, and competitions. Their outstanding performance earned the delegation the distinction of Overall 1st Runner-Up, reflecting the strong scouting spirit and commitment of the institution. The 60th PGCA Midyear Conference was held on October 23–24, 2025 at Bohol Tropics Resort in Tagbilaran City, Bohol, drawing guidance counselors, educators, and mental-health practitioners from across the country. With a lineup of expert speakers from Philippine Guidance and Counselling Association (PGCA) and other invited professionals, the conference focused on evolving standards in counseling, emerging mental-health trends, and methods to improve school-based guidance services. The Bachelor in Human Services (BHumServ) Final Defense was successfully conducted on October 23, 2025, under the College of Arts and Sciences of Notre Dame of Midsayap College. The activity served as the culminating academic requirement for 4th-year BHumServ students, providing them with the opportunity to present and defend their research studies. During the event, six research groups presented studies focusing on key social and behavioral concerns such as mental health literacy, coping mechanisms, social support systems, financial stress, and work-life balance. We’re at Notre Dame of Midsayap College - the First Notre Dame School in Asia (NDMC) for a one-day forum titled “Empowering the Youth for Responsible and Informed Participation in the BARMM Parliamentary Election.” The timing is especially relevant, given recent developments surrounding the region’s first parliamentary elections. Although the polls have been postponed to next year, political education must continue reaching our communities. Today’s forum brings together NDMC students and first-time voters from Salunayan National High School for meaningful dialogue and learning.
